Sarah has more than five years of HR generalist and recruiting experience. Prior to joining HR Search Firm, Sarah was with Korn/Ferry International where she headed up the research department in Los Angeles, CA. During her tenure with Korn/Ferry, she was successful in sourcing candidates for hundreds of senior–level roles. Sarah honed her HR generalist skills while based in Tahoe, CA working for three years in the travel & tourism industry. Her responsibilities consisted of recruiting, training & development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration.
Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Colorado and she holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
