Mason Smith has more than seven years of corporate recruiting experience within the consumer packaged goods, IT outsourcing and government contracting industries. He has worked for companies such as Coors Brewing Company, Lockheed Martin and Affiliated Computer Services.
Mason has a strong understanding of the corporate environment, and his background in technical and corporate recruiting for diverse departments within a company, including human resources, IT, sales, marketing, legal, finance and executive client groups allow him to partner effectively with clients and candidates to ensure qualified matches.
Prior to joining HR Search Firm, Mason was a corporate recruiter with Coors Brewing Company. While there, he was involved with workforce planning and developing on–boarding programs to support and increase employee retention.
Mason is a member of the Colorado Human Resource Association and Colorado Technical Recruiter Network. He is involved as a volunteer with Junior Achievement.
Mason holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wyoming.
